Supplementary Information

Track Security

 Mondello Park security staff will be on attendance on each of the  Friday and Saturday nights so you may leave vehicles parked in the pit area on both nights if necessary.

Despite the presence of security staff please ensure that all vehicles and trailer hitches are suitably locked as neither ourselves nor Mondello Park Ltd will be responsible for any loss or damage and that any risk involved is your own responsibility. 

Garage Facilities

There are approximately 20 garages available for hire at the circuit which have full lighting and 240volt electricity supplied.

Each garage is lockable and can hold four cars. They can be hired for two cars (half the garage) or for four cars (all the garage) and Mondello management have offered use from Friday afternoon at a discounted rate for each event which is:

Single Unit (2 cars): Single – €150 euro for weekend

      Double Unit (4 cars):  Double – €300 euro for weekend

Entry confirmation

We will be starting to create an entry list for the first event for  both days during the second week of February 2011 which will also be confirmation of acceptance and receipt of entries. If for any reason you have made and do not see your entry on this list please contact us immediately on info@therallysportassociation.com or (048) 38 39 33 44.

Please be aware that Mondello Park control entry to the circuit on the three days and will only accept  free admission from persons with the confirmed entries.  

We will not be issuing gate and paddock passes at these events  however free entry for crew will understandingly only be given to entrants and two crew members which have been entered prior to each event. Free entry for crews with cars not previously entered on each day will be at the discretion of Mondello management.

The entry list  is important for admission for you and your crew so it is in your interest that we receive your entry no later than the Thursday prior to each of the two events.
