INTRODUCTION

Alltrak Rallysport is the latest form of leisure motor sport to Ireland and is already proving very popular for individuals and groups who want to experience the thrill and excitement of rallying on a demanding and challenging off road specially prepared surface.

RALLYCARS

The Rallycars we use are identically prepared Vauxhall Novas. They have a full safety roll cage and bucket seats with full harness seatbelts. The suspension is changed to rally specification and other items are upgraded as appropriate.

COMPETITION FORMAT

All competitors are put into teams and take part in a series of timed "runs" over the special stages and compete for both team and individual awards. The team competition is determined by the fastest cumulative time of all team member’s scores during the event. Each competitor will compete in eight stage runs during the event.

To make things even more interesting penalties and credits are awarded for driving ability, teamwork and overall performance. Your navigator’s job is to "motivate" you all and to ensure you have as much fun as possible.

The entry fee for this extremely popular competition starts at just £50.

INTRODUCED IN 2003

Two new event options were introduced in 2003 - "The Super Rally" and "The Ultimate Motorsport Experience".

The Super Rally Event is our normal Rally Event with Additional stages in our Subaru Impreza Group N Rally Car. The Subaru is a very powerful car and we have created an exclusive stage where you can experience the power and superb handling of one of our beautifully prepared turbocharged four wheel drive machines. This event option costs £80.

The Ultimate Motorsport Experience is for anyone who wants to Race, Rally and Test their skills to the limit in three different types of motorsport competitions. The day starts at 10.00 am with a general briefing and then you take part in a Rallykart Grand Prix, a Quad Autotest, an eight stage Rally and finish off your day driving one of our awesome Subaru Impreza's. There is a prize giving for the winners of each competition. This is a superb day of action packed motorsport and at only £125 it is proving to be a real winner for private and corporate party groups.

RALLY EVENT INFORMATION

We provide rally events for individuals and party groups and group bookings can be made for up to 48 people. The event lasts for three to four hours and can be organised, where possible, to suit specific requirements (start time, etc).

Rallying is available during weekdays, evenings and Saturdays.

PROTECTIVE CLOTHING

Helmets and race suits are provided and it is recommended that competitors come in old casual clothes and bring a change of shoes.

ENTRY FEE

Prices for competitors in events at our permanent Rallysport Centre in Craigavon start at £50. A minimum deposit of £15 per driver will be required to confirm the booking.

OTHER INFORMATION

The surface of the Rally Stages on our permanent site in Craigavon are specially prepared from shale and hard gravel. The Rally cars slide on the loose top of the track and competitors will quickly learn to control and correct ‘power slides’ and ‘tail drifts’.

The theme of our events are "serious fun" where competitors get a chance to enjoy a thrilling challenging competition driving a Rally Car. Everyone is treated as a serious competitor and they experience the enjoyment associated with competitive racing in an outdoor environment in challenging conditions.
